Our call for Minnesota to divest from genocide continues! \nJoin us for our monthly kid-friendly\, kid-led “Protest to Divest!” outside the Minnesota Governor’s Residence. \nKids will learn how to participate in a protest using their own unique voice through chanting\, dancing\, drumming\, sign-making and more. We will have a bullhorn for kids to take turns leading and/or practicing calls and chants! \nWe’ll talk about olive harvest season\, read the book “Hilwa’s Gifts” and help kids and families make the connection between the attacks on Palestinians and their beloved olive trees during the harvest and the ongoing genocide and demand for divestment. \nSQUEAKY CLEAN CHANTS! SQUEAKY CLEAN MOUTHS!\nWe invite the community to help us collect items for our toothbrush and toothpaste drive supporting the vital mutual aid work our friends at Community Aid Network MN continue to do for our community.
