IJDH Update on Haiti’s Fight to Reclaim its Democracy

You’re invited to a special event for IJDH/BAI supporters. IJDH Board Member Pamela Merchant will facilitate a conversation between BAI Managing Attorney Mario Joseph and IJDH Executive Director Brian Concannon. Brian and Mario will share how IJDH and BAI are working alongside Haiti’s pro-democracy movement to compel the United States and other powerful countries to allow for a Haitian-led solution to emerge. They will also share reflections on recent events, including a proposed Kenyan-led multi-national security intervention and new opportunities in the decades-long struggle for sovereignty, stability, and democracy in Haiti.
