DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, September 1\, 2024\, 1:00 pm\, Snelling Ave & Midway Parkway entrance\, St Paul\, MN \nAt the end of Trump’s administration\, he put Cuba back on the State Sponsored Terrorism List. \nSince the Great Minnesota Get Together is happening today\, we are going to gather to hold a banner\, flags\, signs and pass out information and stickers at the main gate entrance located on Snelling Ave and Midway Parkway\, St. Paul.\nBring your banners\, signs\, flags and join us! \n-End the U.S. Blockade of Cuba\n-Take Cuba off the U.S. State Sponsors of Terrorism\nWe focus on ending the 60 year U.S. blockade on Cuba and the continuation of Cuba on the list of nations that the U.S. designates as “terrorist.”\nMore than 10\,000 people and 100 progressive advocacy groups have signed an open letter urging President Joe Biden to end the Trump administration’s terrorism designation for Cuba and to reinstate Obama-era policy for the island.\nThe international outcry against the U.S. intentional starvation blockade of Cuba is growing.
