Mariam El-Khatib is passionate about educating people on the current crisis in Palestine. She will begin her presentation with a brief review of Palestinian history. That will be followed by a look at the ongoing crisis specifically in the West Bank and Gaza, both before and after October 7th. Her talk will vividly depict what is happening up to the present time, with short videos.
Given her passion for education to inform and inspire action she will share a number of ways people have been activated to educate others in their spheres. Mariam will conclude with ways that audience members can be ‘educators’ in their spheres of influence to affect positive change.
