You are invited to participate in a community event with Tom Horner. Horner is a premiere public policy analyst and communications specialist. His company Horner Strategies delivers results in the areas of public affairs and community relations. Horner formerly served as Senator David Durenberger’s Chief of Staff and taught communications and public policy at the University of Saint Thomas.
