The ICE Weekly Vigil occurs every Tuesday morning from 7:30-8:30 am at the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building.

Human Rights activists hold vigil outside the I.C.E. entrance on Minnehaha Ave next to the Fort Snelling Light Rail Station. The regional headquarters for ICE is located in the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building where immigration court is also held. Detainees are transported from around the state and sometimes deported right after the hearing. Signs provided in support of immigration reform: Citizenship for DACA, Asylum is a Human Right, Demilitarize the Border, No Human Being is Illegal, No More ICE, etc.
