Open Streets Minneapolis is back for five summer events on car-free city streets! Walk, bike, roll, and stroll while enjoying entertainment, programming and vendors for an activity-packed day of neighborhood fun.
During these free, family-friendly events, local nonprofit Our Streets Minneapolis partners with the City of Minneapolis to temporarily close major thoroughfares to car traffic, opening them to people biking, walking, rolling, and connecting with neighbors and local businesses.
This Saturday’s event will take place on E. Lake Street. We will be assigned our spot soon and will post that here.
Join WAMM in our effort to do outreach to grow the anti-war movement! We’ll be hanging out with the Anti-War Committee and Veterans for Peace Chapter 27. Feel free to stop by if you’re there and get some literature, buttons, and get a sticker! FFI: 612-827-5364
