Hello, friends! As leaders of our CARE Committee and the Sustaining Partners of our SJA Outreach Fund (Sister Parish, Women Against Military Madness, Arm in Arm in Africa, Risen Christ School, and Mobile Loaves Twin Cities), we invite all of you to join our annual Outreach Sunday celebration on Sunday, June 15.
I believe you are all familiar with this celebration, when we have table space in the Welcome Center for information and a chance to connect with SJAers after mass. It is joyful chaos. And fyi, we encourage you to recruit parishioners to staff your table space so that you all don’t have to work all day Sunday!
This year, we have a special (and awesome) challenge, which is that we have a record number of Justice Grant recipient organizations joining us. If it looks like the weather will be good, we are considering setting up a tent on the plaza outside the Welcome Center for our CARE Committee and all of our Sustaining Partners. Organized by St Joan of Arc Church, sponsored by WAMM
