Please join us Saturday, January 17 at the Lucy Parson Center (4100 S 28th Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55406) from 5 pm to 8 pm for a free screening of Soundtrack to a Coup d’État; a film about US imperialism in the Congo, and the CIA’s involvement in the murder of Congo’s first Prime Minister Patrice Lumumba. We will have a guest speaker from the Friends of the Congo to talk about the significance of the film and the Congo’s present struggle against US imperialism.
