The Impact of Israeli Military Activities on the Environment

Update: As of January 2, 2024, the Health Ministry in Gaza reports 22,185 Palestinian people killed and at least 57,000 wounded. Last month, on December 22, 2023, the UN Security Council conveyed again, and in an effort to obtain a U.S. agreement, passed a watered-down resolution for humanitarian aid which excluded an immediate ceasefire; the U.S. abstained from voting. Hence, the Israeli genocidal ethnic cleansing of Gaza was enabled to continue with merciless, barbaric attacks on a defenseless civilian population.
UPDATE: DANGEROUS ESCALATION, article "Syria, Iraq: whose decision?" : On January 4, 2024, the U.S. military assassinated Abu Taqwa al-Saeedi, deputy commander of the Popular Mobilization Forces, with an airstrike in Baghdad. The spokesperson for the Commander-in-Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces called “this blatant aggression and violation of Iraq’s sovereignty and security”.
