We know that the recent ruling in favor or 303 Creative LLC to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people is just the beginning. Besides hurting Queer people, it provides legal precedent for discrimination against Black and Brown people, as well as many other groups. Now is not the time to be neutral! Roe was just the beginning of this courts attacks; cases like Obergefell and Loving, that established legally recognized Gay and Interracial marriage respectively, and Lawrence, that recognized sodomy laws as unconstitutional, will be on the chopping block. If we want to keep what few rights we have today, we have to be willing to take to the streets! We won’t go back in the closet, and we won’t go back to Jim Crow!
